We deliver all digital designs within 2-3 hours of receiving your order details. Video invitations may take up to 6 hours.
How do I receive my order?

After placing your order, send us your personalization details (name, date, time, place) via email or WhatsApp. We'll send the finished design directly to your email.
Can I request changes after receiving my design?

Yes! We offer unlimited revisions until you're completely happy with your design.
What file format will I receive?

Invitations are delivered as high-resolution PDF and JPG files ready to print or share digitally. Video invitations are delivered as MP4 files.
Do you offer refunds?

Since our products are digital and personalized, we generally do not offer refunds. However if there's an issue with your order, contact us and we'll make it right.
